Human Resource Administration (HRA) has announced a proposed amendment that would effectively consolidate the different voucher programs at the city level into one comprehensive voucher. 

Under this rule change, all 6 LINC categories, SEPS, cityFEPS and HOME TBRA would be combined into City FHEPS - City Fighting Homelessness & Eviction Prevention Supplement. The proposal comes after persistent concerns raised by voucher holders and advocates claiming that the system now is too confusing for landlords and recipients alike.
